AlphaMedQuiz ("the platform", "we") provides exam-preparation content and practice tools for medical professionals. Access is provided on a time-limited basis through paid activation codes.
You must provide accurate registration details and a valid email address. Each account is personal to you and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. New accounts require email verification and administrator approval before access is granted.
Access to client features begins when a valid activation code is applied and continues for the duration associated with that code. When the period ends, access is automatically suspended until a new code is applied. Activation codes are single-use and non-transferable.
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly post any questions, answers, explanations, or other content from the platform. Content is for your personal study only.
Questions and explanations are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. You may report any question you believe is inaccurate.
Activation codes are sold for a fixed access duration. Unless required by law, payments for activation codes are non-refundable once the code has been used.
We store your name, email, and study activity to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
